Kia ora and welcome back to my blog. Over the week for reading we have been focused on happiness. We   are learning to be happy right in the moment and to be happy for what you have got. Here is a slide about   being happy with what you have got. What makes you happy?

Thanks for reading my work.

  1. Dear Sophie,
That was Amazing! I can tell that you worked really hard on your book. I think that everyone will love it! Maybe next time you could add more capital letters at the start of scentences and at the name of things. My friends make me Happy. What makes you happy?

  2. Kia ora Sophie,

I loved reading your book. You have given the message of being happy across in a very appealing manner, I like the illustrations you have used. Just for the future, remember that names have capitals at the start. I still forget this myself sometimes. I think that it very easy for us to always want more and we tend to forget what we have is enough. I know that sometimes I have to remember this message. I am usually happy when I am out walking out in nature with my family. Just in the moment. What makes your happy?

  3. Hi Sophie, You have made an awesome book for the children in Kākano, how lucky are they! Don't forget that people names need to be capital letters and just check that you don't have capital letters in the middle of sentences. Things that make me happy are my family and friends. What things make you happy Sophie?

  4. Thank you Michelle
for the comment. I will change my slide to have capital letters for names. Lot's of things make me happy but the thing that makes me a lot happy is horse riding.
